Group sues state for approving tribe's amphitheater

THURSDAY, MARCH 6, 2003 A citizens group sued the state of Washington for approving the Muckleshoot Tribe's amphitheater. The tribe gained federal and state approval for the project after a lengthy review process. But Citizens for Safety and Environment says the state didn't study the impact of traffic on the community.
