MONDAY, MARCH 3, 2003 Tex Hall, the chairman of the Three Affiliated Tribes of North Dakota, testified against a bill to rename a bridge on the reservation. The bridge is being built with $35 million the tribe obtained from Congress but a veteran who is behind the push says it's "racist" to leave the name the way it is.
