Judge in Wis. rejects Indian gaming challenge

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2003 A state judge in Wisconsin rejected an attempt to shut down the state's Indian casinos. The owners of a dog track said the state's constitution forbade the expansion of gaming. The dog track has lost business because of tribal casinos. Get the Story:
