Editorial: Consider reservation toll booth

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2003 A proposal to put toll booths on roads leading to two Connecticut reservations "deserves further exploration," The Norwich Bulletin says in an editorial today. A state lawmakers says the tolls will help raise money for communities impacted by casinos on the Mohegan and the Mashantucket Pequot reservations. Critics say it will only lead to more traffic problems but the paper says the bill should be investigated more. Get the Story:
