Navajo Nation to attend rights conference

MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2002 The Navajo Nation will be the only tribe with an official government representative at an upcoming United Nations human rights conference, The Farmington Daily-Times reports. Navajo Nation council delegate Ervin Keeswood will represent the tribe at the eighth Intersessional United Nations Human Rights Commission. The conference is being held December 7-14 in Geneva, Switzerland. Get the Story:
