MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2002 Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell (R-Colorado) gets mentioned in a new book by Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), Bill McAllister of The Denver Post reports in his Beltway Notebook column.
