THURSDAY, JULY 11, 2002 The Indian trust fund will be the focus of a new ABC program scheduled to air Friday night. "Nightline Up Close" presents a segment on Elouise Cobell, the lead plaintiff in the Individual Indian Money (IIM) class action. The lawsuit, filed in federal court, seeks an accurate accounting of funds owed to more than 500,000 American Indians. "Nightline Up Close," hosted by Ted Koppel, premiered this week. The show is scheduled to air at 12:05 a.m. immediately following "Nightline." Check local listings for time and station, which may vary. Ed.
