A federal judge in Florida dismissed charges against three men accused of stealing $2.7 million from the Seminole Tribe.

The men were former employees and associates of former chairman Jim Billie. Federal prosecutors said they stole money for an Internet gambling venture but Billie testified he authorized the expenditures.
