WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2002 Indian students at a high school in South Dakota are getting ready to make their first public appearance. The Lakolkiciyapi Student Association at Central High School in Rapid City is an Indian student government group. The association has formed a girls' drill team that will perform at the Lakota Nation Invitational basketball tournament tomorrow. The boys are also performing a break dance routine at the game.
