The trial into alleged theft of funds from the Seminole Tribe of Florida elicited testimony from a former employee who said he was told to fake business invoices and hide the evidence.

Mike Scott worked for Dan Wisher, one of three men indicted for stealing $2.7 million in tribal funds. He testified that the documents were created to make it seem as if ousted Chairman Jim Billie signed them and approved a $2 million investment in an offshore Internet gambling site.

Scott testified for the government in exchange for immunity. The defense says the three men were authorized to do what they were told and did not steal any money.
