Wis. gaming agreements up for renewal

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2002 The state of Wisconsin and 11 tribes are planning to negotiate new gaming compact with incoming Governor Jim Doyle. The compacts start to expire in February, The tribes want to negotiate as as group for longer terms, a minimum betting age of 21 instead of 18 and a restriction on blackjack hours of operation.
