Activist and actor Russell Means needs to honor his promises to the Oglala Lakota people even if he wasn't elected their president, The Sioux Falls Argus Leader says in editorial.

The paper says Means ran on a promising platform of constitutional reform, new jobs and other improvements. But he must follow through if he expects voters to support him if he runs again in two years, the paper says.
