TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2002 The Spirit Lake Nation of North Dakota owns a plant that manufactures components for military vehicles, weapons and headgear. Sioux Manufacturing Corp. employs about 110 people. Another tribal company, Dakota Tribal Industries, makes tents and tarps for the military. Get the Story:
