TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2002 A traditional funeral will be held on Monday for a 19-year-old member of the Turtle Mountain Ojibwe Tribe of North Dakota. Russell Turcotte was found dead in North Dakota four months after he was reported missing. He lived in Montana, where his funeral will be held. A sweatlodge ceremony was held on the Fort Belknap Reservation this past Sunday. Get the Story:
