Missing tribal member found dead

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2002 A member of the Turtle Mountain Ojibwe Tribe of North Dakota who was reported missing by his family has been found dead. Russell Turcotte, 19, was trying to make his way home to Montana in July when he disappeared. Authorities found his body near Devils Lake, North Dakota. No cause of death has been identified.
