WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2002 The Farmington Daily-Times is calling the Navajo Nation presidential race for challenger Joe Shirley Jr. With 108 to 110 chapters reporting, the paper reports that Shirley has 31,406 votes to incumbent Kelsey Begaye's 23,964 votes. Get the Story:
