DOI questioned on e-mail destruction

A federal court investigator is trying to find out why Assistant Secretary Neal McCaleb didn't follow procedure regarding preservation of documents.

McCaleb admitted he erased e-mails from his computer system. The Department of Interior has hired an information technology to try and retrieve the documents.
