Hayworth criticized for tribal donations

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2002 The Democrat candidate for Arizona's fifth Congressional District criticizes his opponent for accepting an enormous amount of campaign contributions. Tribes have donated most of the money the political action committee of Rep. J.D. Hayworth (R-Ariz.). He in turn has shared the funds with other candidates. Hayworth is co-chair of the Congressional Native American Caucus. Get the Story:
