Mohegan business still sees resistance

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2002 A non-profit group in Connecticut is questioning the way the Mohegan Tribe is conducting its aquaculture business. Sound Citizens contends that tractor-trailer trucks used as part of the operation are too loud and cause traffic. The group says it doesn't oppose the tribe's business but plants to monitor the situation. The tribe faced significant local opposition when it started its fisheries venture. Get the Story:
