MONDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2002 Navajo Nation presidential candidate Joe Shirley doesn't want to debate incumbent President Kelsey Begaye. Shirley says he has already debated Begaye numerous times. But Begaye's campaign believes the debates are essential. Shirley took the most votes in the tribe's primary election. Get the Story:
