THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2002 An Arizona man faces federal and tribal charges stemming from a head-on collision that killed two on the Navajo Reservation. The accident occurred October 10. Tribal authorities have laid drunk driving and reckless driving charges against Larry Wilson, 38. A federal warrant has been issued for Wilson. After it is served, the charges will be made public.
