Urban Navajos can vote off-reservation

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2002 The Navajo Nation will have an off-reservation polling site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for the upcoming November 5 election. Urban tribal members, or those who don't want to drive back to the reservation, can vote at the National Indian Youth Council. Tribal election officials will oversee the polling. Get the Story:
