THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2002 Navajo Nation presidential candidate Joe Shirley and running mate Frank Dayish are promising a pro-business, industry friendly tribal government. The pair held a meeting with local business and civic leaders last night in Farmington, New Mexico. They said they supported economic partnerships with outside businesses, the power industry and less government red tape. Get the Story:
