Man wanted for murder of Kiowa dancer

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2002 Police in southern California have identified a second man they believe is responsible for the murder of a Kiowa tribal member. Shane Dean Zotigh, 20, was killed August 7 in Long Beach, California. Police believe an argument may have led to his shooting. Toncko Jamel Williams, 22, is wanted for his murder. Marlon Taylor, 19, has already been arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Get the Story:
