FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2002 The Seneca Nation of New York is waiting on two casino-related approvals from the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The first is a decision on the tribe's casino compact with the state. An answer is due October 22. The second is a land-into-trust application under review for an off-reservation casino on Niagara Falls.
