FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2002 Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) has placed a hold on a bill to change how allotments belonging to members of the Five Civilized Nations are handled. Concerns have been raised by the oil and gas industry, according to Inhofe.
