WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2002 The Northern Navajo Fair's upcoming parade in Shiprock, New Mexico, might not take place in Shiprock. That has business owners in Shiprock are concerned that they will not receive the same amount of foot traffic on the "busiest day of the fair," The Farmington Daily-Times reports.
