MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2002 The Montana-Wyoming Tribal Leaders Council is co-sponsoring a legislative forum in November to focus on issues affecting tribal and urban Indian communities. The forum will be held November 7-8 in Helena, Montana. A special dinner addresses the high dropout rates of Native students. Get the Story:
