Tribal member named to arts council

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2002 Oklahoma Gov. Frank Keating has named a tribal member to the Oklahoma Arts Council. Harvey Pratt is a member of the Cheyenne- Arapaho Tribes and an artist. He served as an Indian cultural coordinator with the Oklahoma Humanities Council and on the Cultural Advisory Board for the Oklahoma Historical Society. Keating named three others to the council.
