Can. man faces murder charges

FRIDAY, AUGUST 30, 2002 A Canadian man accused of murdering an 11-year-old boy was being transported to Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Thursday. Thomas Santiago McEvoy, 23, made an appearance in court. He is charged with first-degree murder for the death of James Isaac. Isaac was found dead in the basement of the Aboriginal Centre of Winnipeg. A family member said he was using the computers when he was attacked by McEvoy. Get the Story:
