FRIDAY, AUGUST 30, 2002 The Farmington Daily-Times gives the 15th annual Totah Festival a grand endorsement as the arts festival and pow-wow kicks off in New Mexico today. "It is an event that should not be missed," the paper writes. The festival's pow-wow starts tomorrow. About 200 dancers and 11 drum groups are expected. Get the Story:
