THURSDAY, AUGUST 29, 2002 The 15th annual Totah Festival kicks off in Farmington, New Mexico, tomorrow at noon. The festival brings together local artists who want to sell their goods. It also includes a pow-wow and other events, including a rug auction. Get the Story:
