Opponents of Idaho's Indian gaming measure say they will go back to court if voters approve it this November.

A group led by Republican lawmakers challenged the initiative itself but were rejected by the Idaho Supreme Court. The court unanimously ruled that the measure can go on the ballot.

The Coeur d'Alene, Nez Perce and Shoshone-Bannock tribes sponsored the initiative to allow video game machines on their reservations.
