Haskell mourns one of its own

THURSDAY, AUGUST 29, 2002 Haskell Indian Nations University held a convocation service on Tuesday for a long-time employee who died in a car accident on Monday. Sally Halvorson worked for the school for 13 years. She was director of computer services. Two student deaths were also announced. Brandon Eaglebull, from the Pine Ridge reservation in South Dakota, and Eric Taylor, an incoming freshman from Idaho Falls, Idaho, died. Their causes of death were not known. Get the Story:
