Ariz. tribal judge resigns

TUESDAY, AUGUST 27, 2002 A Tohono O'odham Nation tribal judge resigned from his post after being charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Malcolm Escalante, 53, was arrested by Arizona police August 20. His blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit, according to The Arizona Daily Star. Get the Story:
