TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2002 A federal court in Arizona is holding a trial for a Navajo woman accused of murdering three of her children. Elvira Charley faces first-degree murder charges for the January 1 deaths of her kids. Her trial is taking place in U.S. District Court in Prescott and is expected to last three weeks. Get the Story:
