The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma has been ordered to close its four gaming facilities.

The National Indian Gaming Commission said the tribe was operating a Class III game known as "Red Hot Respin." Class III machines are not allowed in Oklahoma without a state-tribal compact.

The NIGC fined the tribe more than $8 million.
