Wisconsin state officials are upset that their talks with several tribes over a burial ground have become public.

Remains found at a proposed highway interchange are believed to be Sac and Fox descendants. Several tribes, including the Sac and Fox Nation of Oklahoma, are discussing ways to protect the site but a Sac and Fox representative said the state's ideas are offensive.
