Kiowa tribal member killed in Calif.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 14, 2002 A 20-year-old Kiowa tribal member was shot and killed in California last week in what authorities say could be a case of mistaken identity. No arrests have been made in the shooting of Shane Dean Zotigh. Police say he may have been mistaken for a gang member. Zotigh was known for his war dance skills. Get the Story:
