Cartoon: Gale Norton gets a doobie

TUESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2002 Denver Post editorial cartoonist Mike Keefe's August 10 cartoon awards a "Dubious Achievement" to Secretary of Interior Gale Norton. "I'd like to thank all the faceless bureaucrats who made this 'doobie' possible!" Norton says as she receives her honor for an internal probe which found no one did anything wrong on the Indian trust fund. Get the Story:
