MONDAY, JULY 22, 2002 The Navajo Nation Supreme Court is expected to decide this week on the eligibility of a candidate for the presidential election. Edward T. Begay, Speaker of the Navajo Nation Council, is challenging his disqualification from the ballot based on Navajo common law.
