Navajo-killer seeks contact with jurors

An attorney for a New Mexico man convicted of murdering a Navajo mother is opposing limits on contacts with jurors who handed down the death penalty.

Robert Ray Fry is appealing his March conviction and sentence. State prosecutors filed a motion to prevent potential "harassment" of jurors, The Farmington Daily-Times reported.
