The Oneida Nation of New York has sued a casino game manufacturer that is involved in another lawsuit over a controversial machine.

The Oneida Nation filed suit in Washington because the tribe alleges Multimedia Games Inc. violated its patents in that state. The tribe wants a federal judge to stop the company from making certain casino games.
