THURSDAY, JULY 11, 2002 A blessing ceremony was held Wednesday for the Wakpa Sica Reconciliation Place in South Dakota. The site will house a 66,000-square-foot complex is to for cultural center, a mediation office and a Sioux Nation tribal supreme court.
