THURSDAY, JULY 11, 2002 World Series-winning pitcher Miguel Batista of the Arizona Diamondbacks visited with Navajo youth on Wednesday. Batista and Navajo Nation President Kelsey Begaye toured the Boys and Girls Club in Shiprock, New Mexico. The youth were encouraged to follow their dreams and learn Navajo culture. Get the Story:
