THURSDAY, JULY 11, 2002 Nebraska farm interests are opposing a request by the Winnebago Tribe to regulate agricultural chemical use on the reservation. The Nebraska Farm Bureau Federation and the Nebraska Agri-Business Association, an industry group, questioned the tribe's authority over reservation land.
