McCaleb makes own Navajo Nation visit

WEDNESDAY, JULY 3, 2002 Assistant Secretary Neal McCaleb will meet with Navajo Nation officials and tribal members today. The meeting is one of several regional consultation sessions being held throughout Indian Country. A joint federal-tribal task force is seeking comments on a reorganization of Indian trust duties within the Department of Interior. The meeting takes place in Window Rock, Arizona. Get the Story:
