THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 2002 Incoming fifth-grade student Tiffany Sullivan recently took home a first place award at an Oklahoma pow-wow and arts festival. Sullivan, who is Absentee Shawnee and Muscogee, won a 2002 Youth Award at Red Earth. She took first place in the jewelry division 1 category. The 10-year-old is taking part in a summer program for Native youth. Get the Story:
