Three Oklahoma tribes on Tuesday joined in a lawsuit to prevent the National Indian Gaming Commission from enforcing a decision on a controversial casino machine.

The Cherokee, Choctaw and Chickasaw nations want a temporary restraining order and injunction. They filed suit in federal court in Tulsa.

The dispute is over the MegaNanza game produced by Multimedia Games Inc.. The stock price of the Texas company. has dropped since the NIGC determined the machine was illegal unless operated pursuant to a state-tribal agreement.
