Conn. man sentenced for casino theft

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 2002 A Connecticut man was sentenced on Tuesday for stealing more than $900,000 from the Mohegan Tribe's casino. Harlan Gahner was given 15 years but only has to serve four and a half years for pleading guilty to count of fourth-degree money laundering and one count of first-degree larceny.
